“Shame-less”

I suspect that we each could name at least one person we have known that made such an impact on us that we were transformed by the relationship. Was it a teacher that took time with you when no one else would, and because of her caring you began to recognize your potential and believe in yourself? Perhaps it was a child, whose very presence opened heaven’s window. Maybe prejudice and bigotry ruled your heart until the people you hated in general became a person you cared for in particular. Jesus has that kind of impact on the woman at the well (John 4:5-42) who is liberated from shame and set free to increase love again.
