Saundra Bryant, MSW, is the Executive Director of the All Peoples Community Center located in downtown LA, south of LA Live will join us on November 13. APPC provides family and youth services to a predominantly low income, Spanish speaking community. Established 80 years ago by a Disciples of Christ congregation in the same location, and as the demographics of the area have changed through the years, the Center has responded to the needs of thousands of persons from a variety of ethnic and cultural groups. Ms. Bryant will update us on the current challenges faced by residents of the community and APPC’s numerous programs for children, adults, and the elderly. All Peoples Community Center will be one of the five recipient organizations that MBCC members will have an opportunity to assist at the upcoming Alternative Christmas Fair on December 11. We will meet at 8:30 am in the Assembly Hall or join us by Zoom
