SPIRITUAL GROWTH

Life Groups

Life Groups at MBCC start soon and space is limited! Life Groups are small gatherings where faith and life come together in community. Meeting in a spirit of openness and care, participants share conversation, prayer, and reflect on the weekly sermon while building relationships that support spiritual growth and everyday living.

Groups meet for 8 consecutive weeks beginning the week of February 8th, concluding the week of March 29th.

We have 3 groups with space available:

Shrimp Squad Group for New Parents and Expecting Parents: Fridays from 7-8:30pm (led by April Thomas)
Midweek Tuneup for Adults of All Ages: Wednesdays from 2-3:30pm (led by Pat Martzen)
Linger Longer for Newcomers and Adults of All Ages: Sundays from 11:30am-1pm (led by Billy Minshall).
Q Life for LGBTQ+ People and Allies: Mondays from 6:30pm-8pm (led by Frank Hanzel)

Spiritual Growth

We believe that spiritual growth begins with a desire to better understand the nature of God and how that challenges and enhances our human experience.

At MBCC, it is our hope that you will find the resources, the guidance, and the encouragement to forge a closer relationship with Christ through the universal Holy Spirit.

Resources

We offer a myriad of opportunities to connect with the lessons from His Word. From weekly worship services in our sanctuary to scripturally-informed lectures and faith-based discussion groups to opportunities to join others in service to the wider community, MBCC provides a bright focal point for thoughtful spiritual growth in an open, stimulating environment.
