Genesis 1:1–2:4. We all know the story of God creating the world in 7 days. This is the story that biblical literalists like to argue with scientists about, but maybe it’s not that kind of a story. What does the creation story tell us about ourselves and our relationships with God, each other, and the created world? The creation connects to the sabbath laws in an unexpected way that can transform our lives even today. Rev Baugh leads the class, which meets at noon on Tuesdays using the zoom link.
