BYOB (Bible)
Whether you’re an “expert,” or just becoming acquainted with the Bible, BYOB is a family-friendly opportunity to gather with friends and discuss the teachings of the Old and New Testament. A potluck dinner in the new Activity Center is followed by activities for the children and a theme-based discussion for the adults led by Pastor Erin Wyma. It’s a great way to end the week and put the new one in perspective.

Friends of the Vine: 221 Avenida Del Norte Redondo Beach, CA 90277
Theology Uncorked...Our topic is Queer Theology. Christianity + Homosexuality = ? Come join us Thursday May 24th from 7-9 at the Friends of the Vine in the Redondo Rivera (off the main drag) for a theological conversation on all the theological positions regarding the theology of homosexuality. Both Neighborhood Church UCC and Manhattan Beach Community Church UCC will be gathering together with friends (& as friends) for this nerdy fun. This is for the young and young in mind. No lectures, please! Come with your ideas, experiences, questions, and wine palate. In preparation we encourage you to listen to the blog where Tripp and I dialogue (be gracious to me as I was sick!) about our experiences and theology on this topic. After you get thinking send me your questions, bible passages to discuss, doubts, or ideas. My email is tripp.fuller@gmail.com. We will begin the conversation with the questions\topics sent in.
