Tuesday, July 19, 2011 In Interlaken

Today, we had a leisure day until 3:45 pm. We visited the many varied stores…lots of chocolate, jewelers, clothing, restaurants, toys, etc. Some saw Interlaken via city bus pass that came with our stay here. Interlaken, like many European towns, has an excellent transportation system…buses, local rails, and long rail service. We rehearsed at 4 pm for our formal concert…had another great dinner near the church…performed at 7:30 pm….for 3 people!!...plus our own groupies. But, we had a great concert. The acoustics in the Schlosskirche were super!
